Fare Classes

Basic

Seat sale or promotional fares are the best deal going… until they’re gone! These special fares offer considerable discounts but are generally limited time offers with limited seats available, so make sure to take advantage of these promotional fares while they last! When booking, please remember these seat sale fares are non-refundable

  • Tickets sold are final sale.
  • Tickets are non-transferrable, non-refundable, and non-creditable.
  • 1st checked bag is $40 CDN plus applicable taxes; 2nd checked bag is $80 CDN plus applicable taxes.
  • Failure to show up for any flight segment will result in the cancellation of that flight segment and all remaining segments not flown. The fare, charges and taxes paid for these cancelled segments will be forfeited and compensation will not be issued.

Standard

Book Early – limited seats available

  • Tickets sold can be changed or cancelled at least 24 hours prior to your flight. Only credits will be offered.
  • Changes: A change fee of $100 CDN plus applicable taxes will apply per change, per passenger, for name changes or routing. For changes to routing, fare difference may apply if applicable. Changes are allowed only on the same or higher fare class.
  • Cancellation: Cancellation Fee: $100 CDN plus applicable taxes. Balance on hold for one year from original purchase date.
  • 1st checked bag is $20 CDN plus applicable taxes; 2nd checked bag is $40 CDN plus applicable taxes.
  • Failure to show up for any flight segment will result in the cancellation of that flight segment and all remaining segments not flown. The fare, charges and taxes paid for these cancelled segments will be forfeited and compensation will not be issued.

Flexible

Giving you the best of both worlds. This fare, priced mid-range, offers you flexibility for travel.

Flexible fare class rules are as follows:

  • Tickets sold can be changed or cancelled at least 24 hours prior to your flight. Only credits will be offered.
  • Changes: A change fee of $50 CDN plus applicable taxes will apply per change, per passenger, for name changes or routing. For changes to routing, fare difference may apply if applicable. Changes are allowed only on the same or higher fare class.
  • 1st checked bag is free; 2nd checked bag is $40 CDN plus applicable taxes
  • Failure to show up for any flight segment will result in the cancellation of that flight segment and all remaining segments not flown. The fare, charges and taxes paid for these cancelled segments will be forfeited and compensation will not be issued.

Freedom

Our most flexible fare class providing you total flexibility during your travel with us.

Freedom fare class rules are as follows:

  • Fare class is fully refundable when cancelled at least 24 hours prior to your flight. Cancellations between 24 and 2 hours prior to scheduled flight time will result in credits being offered.
  • Changes: Changes to name and routing are free. For changes to routing, fare difference may apply if applicable. Changes are allowed only on the same or higher fare class.
  • 1st and 2nd checked bags are free
  • Failure to show up for any flight segment will result in the cancellation of that flight segment and all remaining segments not flown. The fare, charges and taxes paid for these cancelled segments will be forfeited and compensation will not be issued.

Compassionate Fares

  • Fare class is fully refundable.
  • Changes: Changes to name and routing are free
  • 1st checked bag is free; 2nd checked bag is $40 CDN plus applicable taxes
  • Passengers must provide one of the following:
    • Medical note/Appointment letter
    • Details of the person/funeral home
